Oversee tower steel erection — bolt torque verification, member alignment, and galvanizing coating inspection per CSA S37 / TIA-222 standards. Verify grounding systems (resistance readings per IEEE 80), antenna mounts, and cable tray installations. Document daily inspection reports, material certs, and NCRs, with final inspection and commissioning sign-off before RF handover.
